Our Returns Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 14 days of purchase. We will replace the item or send you a full refund as you require. If returning an item, please indicate the reason for your dissatisfaction, include the packing slip and wrap the package securely.

Please return all packaging materials, labels and manuals. You may incur a charge if these are not returned.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return delivery.

And my refund?

We will notify you via e-mail (or fax/snail mail if you did not list an email at time of purchase) of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. All our goods are also covered by individual manufacturer's warranties.
